This package includes two one-hour coordinating meetings in advance of the wedding to discuss your vision, preferences, set-up details, and day-of schedule. Also included in this package are decorative and digital copies of the finalized wedding itinerary (which will be put together after our meetings), and the full day (10:00 am through clean-up) of coordination on your wedding date. 

 

Services on the day-of include coordinating the set-up and take-down of your reception and ceremony spaces; checking in vendors; coordinating with them on your timeline to make sure everything runs smoothly and on schedule; coordinating with your wedding party and guests so that everyone is where they need to be when they need to be there; and taking point in answering logistical questions that might otherwise be directed toward you, so that you can have a stress-free day!
